No support, lots of bugs and features missing!

Off the bat it’s a very good concept, it has the potential of being a really great game of word battle, but it’s full of annoying bugs. I upgraded to Premium after my first couple of games and expected that features would then be included, especially the chat. You just can’t have an interactive with NO chat! It should have it by default, like all the thinking man’s games have.
Instead the chat has been sacrificed for a list of played words by both players, which is really an unnecessary and unacceptable feature, as a potentially weaker opponent has full access to your vocabulary or vice versa and it defeats the very idea of the game.
Another lame and overthought aspect are these bombs, some genius cooked up. The idea is quite good when there’s a handful spread around. They expand your front of used letters to include more letters for you to leap from. But there are checkered boards or super cluttered boards which allow even an illiterate to win with a one syllable word providing he can cause a chain reaction. E.g. I won a game with just two words played?
Now I’ve played WordFeud for 3+ years so this was a welcome addition to my kind of games, which require skill and thought and I enjoy it, make no mistake, but I write here because support have not replied to any of my three emails with complaints about bugs and suggestions, and that is really annoying because the game is obviously still just a beta version and the final and pivotal improvements or tweaks remain unresolved.
As long as these few things are not addressed I suggest you save your money and wait, because the developers have for some reason decided not to clean up their act and make things right and remain unresponsive. It is especially embarrassing as Word Base was conceived by a danish crew and being I one myself. So on behalf of the danish people, this is not a typical development/situation and the game may have become the victim of a bad marriage of the three parties involved in it’s production. Of course I’m just speculating, due to past experiences of my own in the business, but there is some reason the game is not polished up and perfected.
